Goodwill Employment Services Mural by BZTAT
BZTAT would be thrilled to make her artwork a part of your event! Continue the dialog initiated at your event with a “Dialogues Mural” created on site by artist BZTAT.
In addition to her artwork, BZTAT is also an inspirational speaker about a variety of topics related to her artwork and other interests.
BZTAT will come to your event and create a mural on-site with the help of event participants. Participants will be encouraged to scribe their thoughts, ideas, reflections, drawings, etc. about the event’s theme, which BZTAT will then incorporate into the mural.
Great for conferences, strategic planning sessions, annual meetings, community celebrations, etc.
Suggested themes include:
- Animal Welfare issues
- Social issues facing children and families (education; health care; mental health care; access to empowerment programs; child abuse and domestic violence awareness; etc).
- Human Resources and Career Development
- Economic and Community Development
- Communities working together to articulate a vision of peace.
- Cultural Diversity.
- Environmental concerns.
- Corporate and business initiatives.
Process: Artist BZTAT will utilize a designated area of the event site as an “open studio”, creating an artwork in collaboration with event attendees. The artwork will portray images revolving around the theme selected for the event. Attendees will be encouraged to scribe their own thoughts, ideas, images, etc., about the theme on small sheets of paper, which Vicki will then glue into the background of the artwork.
Upon request, BZTAT will speak at the event as a part of the presentation of the mural.
Finished product: when the artwork is completed, it will become the property of the contracting agency. Although the artist will retain rights to the image, the organization will be permitted, and encouraged, to use the image in publications for educational purposes.
The organization will be expected to maintain the integrity of the artwork and keep it in the public trust.
Costs include materials purchases, artist fee, and speaker fee if requested, starting at $2000. Travel and lodging expenses are extra. Special arrangements maybe available for nonprofit organizations, including assistance to obtain grant funding or corporate sponsorship.
